How do I return a bag?

If you don't like the bag you ordered, you can always return it - you have 30 days from the date of receipt. You don't have to explain why. The important thing is that it's unused and that you have proof of purchase. It's simple:

Step 1

Complete the returns form located on the back of the proof of purchase that you received with your bag.

Step 2

Pack the bag by placing the return form in the package and send it to the return address provided on the form. You can even send it to a parcel locker. You make the return at your own expense.

Step 3

Once we receive and check your return shipment, we will refund your order using
payment method used when placing the order, you do not need to do anything.

Go back to the store and choose another bag
